Purchases made on Mitchellandness.com may be returned by the customer for any reason within 30 days of shipment if the product is unwashed, unworn and in new condition with all original components and tags still intact.
Mitchell & Ness will not accept returns or exchanges if:
- The item has obviously been worn
- Smells of cologne, perfume, smoke, or any other odors
- Visible stains, marks, burns, snags, or any other blemishes
- Alterations or modifications of any kind
- Price tags that are removed, altered or damaged
- Other tags that are removed, altered or damaged
Mitchell & Ness does not cover return shipping costs or services. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment within five business days of receiving the returned product.
All returns must be processed through the retailer where the products were originally purchased: i.e., Mitchell & Ness purchases made at our Philadelphia flagship store, an authorized retailer, or at a stadium store must be returned through those retailers and cannot be returned through Mitchellandness.com.
Items purchased from our clearance sections cannot be returned and are final sale.

Please complete the form above to obtain your Return Authorization (RA) number. Once you have your RA number, include it on the return form that was in your original shipment.
Mitchell & Ness does not offer traditional product exchanges.
Instead, we recommend returning your original item (see "Returns" above) and immediately placing a new Mitchellandness.com order for a replacement item. Your original form of payment will be refunded when we receive the returned product. By placing a new order right away, your new product will arrive much faster than waiting for us to receive your old product.
You may also wait to place your new order until after we have received your returned product and processed your refund.
