Celebrating his hometown of Chicago, we have collaborated with Hebru Brantley to release a capsule honoring the roots of Chi-Town, and celebrating the fusion of sports and artistic expression. A Chicago native, Hebru Brantley, artist and founder of Hebru Brand Studios, created this collection to celebrate his hometown. Pieces in the collection reference The Chicago Defender, an African-American newspaper founded in 1905 and known as the most influential black newspaper during the early to mid 20th century. Additionally, the collection features reimagined retro-basketball logos in honor of The Black Fives Era, materializing into diverse array of statement pieces, including a satin jacket, shooting shirts, jerseys, and shorts.
