Texas Rangers 1993 Road poly/nylon knit jersey # 34
In 1993, the Texas Rangers played their final season in Arlington Stadium. The Rangers wore a patch on the sleeve of their jersey commemorating their history at the ball park, which was originally a minor league stadium. ‘The Ryan Express’ finished his Hall of Fame career, retiring after the 1993 Season. Ryan left the game with more strikeouts, 5,714, than any other pitcher in the history of the game. As a Ranger, Ryan also collected his 300th victory and pitched his record-setting seventh career no-hitter, which was played at Arlington Stadium in 1991.
