  2. What type of shipping do you offer?


    We use FedEx to ship all of our products.

    Apparel and accessory/headwear orders ship from different warehouses, with separate tracking numbers, and may arrive on different dates if shipped ground.

  3. What is your return policy?


    If you would like to return an item or make an exchange, please call us at 866-879-6485 to get an RMA number to be included with your item and the return address to which the item should be sent.

    All returns and exchanges must meet the following criteria:
    • Must be accompanied by a receipt
    • Must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase
    • All sales are final on any sale and/or promotional item
    Mitchell & Ness will not accept returns or exchanges if:
    • The item has obviously been worn
    • Smells of cologne, perfume, smoke, or any other odors
    • Visible stains, marks, burns, snags, or any other blemishes
    • Alterations or modifications of any kind
    • Price tags that are removed, altered or damaged
    • Other tags that are removed, altered or damaged
    No shipping costs will be refunded for returns or exchanges. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return/exchange of item(s) back to the designated warehouse/address listed on the customer's packing list. The customer is NOT responsible for the re-shipment costs associated with the replacement item(s) back to them, M&N will incur those costs on behalf of the customer.

  7. How can I make sure my product is authentic?


    Mitchell & Ness cannot guarantee the authenticity of products purchased anywhere else other than our authorized retailers. Click here for a list of stores and websites authorized to sell authentic Mitchell & Ness apparel.

    Beware of retail stores, websites, and online sellers who claim to be "authorized" Mitchell & Ness dealers offering huge discounts on large volumes of Mitchell & Ness products. Their merchandise is often counterfeit.

    All Mitchell & Ness jerseys look and feel like authentic jerseys that would have been worn "on-field."

    Mitchell & Ness does not make collectors jerseys with multiple players, jerseys that list player statistics, or jerseys commemorating championship seasons.

    Mitchell & Ness does NOT make Jerseys with multiple players, including (but not limited to):

    • Quarterbacks of the Century
    • Runningbacks of the Century
    • Wide Receivers
    • Monsters of the Midway

    Mitchell & Ness does NOT make Jerseys of the following types:

    • College jerseys
    • High School jerseys
    • Home/Away or "split" style jerseys
    • Embroidered signature or "stat" jerseys
